How we work

  • First of all we like to find out more about your design needs, and discuss the pricing options available to you.
We can meet face to face for a chat, or we can also do this over the phone or simply by email if you prefer.

  • Once we have agreed what is needed and agreed on a price plan that works for you, we will create a bespoke mood board for you to look over. This gives you a chance to tell us what you really like and dislike and to make sure we are both along the same lines.

  • We then ask for a 50% payment up-front. Once we have this we then get straight to work and confirm when you can expect your final concepts or wire-frames.

  • We then send you your designs over by email.
If you are happy* we will ask for the final payment before sending you your final artwork files.

*Your Quotation or Package will state how many amendments you are allowed.
We do offer additional amendments which are charged at an hourly rate stipulated in the invoice terms.
